（吉隆坡20日訊）近期股價大幅上揚的林阿孫（LIMAHSN，7194，主要板工業），遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢。 馬證交所在文告中，要求該公司解釋任何可能影響股價走勢的企業活動、市場傳言和報導，並回應質詢。 林阿孫的股價于本月2日起大幅飆升，2日閉市時，該股僅收4仙。 截至昨日閉市時，股價已上漲逾5倍至21.5仙，單日漲幅達19.4%或5仙。 今早開市時，林阿孫股價續揚0.5仙至22仙，爾后股價再直攀，早盤盤中一度揚2.5仙至24仙。 休市時，林阿孫漲幅縮窄至1仙，掛22.5仙，午盤則維持升勢，漲幅波動于0.5仙至1仙之間。 截至閉市前，該公司董事局尚未針對質詢做出回應，馬證交所呼籲投資者在進場前，繼續關注該公司答覆。
閉市時，林阿孫揚0.5仙至22仙，成交量182萬6500股。

- Announcement pursuant to Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Securities”)
- Memorandum of Agreement with NSK Group of Companies



Contents : We refer to LIMAHSN’s monthly announcements pursuant to Paragraph 4.4 of PN17 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.

The Board of Directors of LIMAHSN wishes to inform Bursa Securities that the Company has on 12 May 2010 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with NSK GROUP OF COMPANIES (“NSK GROUP”) which formalizes the discussions and negotiations of a proposed Regularisation Plan for the restructuring of LIMAHSN via a corporate exercise to be determined later.

The Board of Directors of LIMAHSN is of the opinion that with the identification of NSK GROUP, it is anticipated that the Regularisation Plan will result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company.

NSK GROUP comprises of companies within the group of NSK TRADING SDN BHD (Company No. 230924-V) and NSK TRADE CITY SDN BHD (Company No. 626470-P). NSK GROUP is in the business of grocery wholesaler, trading of groceries and sublet of stalls. NSK GROUP has been in operations for over 25 years beginning from a stall which trades household items in Pasar Chow Kit. Over the years, NSK GROUP has enjoyed consistent and steady growth and expanded into import wholesaling whilst still capturing a bigger market in its grocery trading businesses.
