1. A minimum of two shareholders/subscribers to the shares of the company
2. A minimum of two directors; either Malaysian citizenship or foreign participants
3. Both the director and company secretary shall have their principal or only place of residence within Malaysia.
4. Age above 18 years old
申请sdn.bhd 需要什么资格？？

为何呢？因为当director投资的那钱在Sdn Bhd就是share capital。在清盘时，公司还欠一大堆债务那么director and shareholder还可以拿回？而不需要亏钱。。那是你的意思吗？谢谢指教。 |

首先，要搞清楚什么是shareholder,什么是director.
shareholder就是一家公司的老板
director只是打工的
