Admin Assistant
(Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban & Butterworth)
Responsibilities:
- Assist on daily operational duties of the company's logistical fulfillment services at the branch.
- Administrativeduties such as maintenance of and follow up on proper documentation andrecord filing in accordance to policy and operational procedures.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate with good communication skills.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
