類似dvd player這類家店的進口

請問一下
類似dvd player這種大小的家電(但是不是dvd player)
如果進口數量不多(目前大約3~4台)
要不要報關?

直接空運的話會不會中tax?
還是有沒有運輸公司有提供小量運輸
就是他們收集了一些小商家
然後再把這些貨物集中一個container寄過來?
