我听导游说Nyepi day 16/03当天不能在街上活动,只能呆在酒店或家里....
15/03晚有庆典...

每年的3，4月期间，在巴厘岛有一个很特别的节日，叫Nyepi （意思是 day of silence-安宁日）。
Nyepi是当地日历里的新年，在阳历它并不是固定的一天。
看了维基的注解，我觉得，这是个令人省思的好日子！
“The main restrictions are:
no lighting fires (and lights must be kept low)
no working
no entertainment or pleasure
no traveling
and for some, no talking or eating at all”
（人仿佛就活在山洞里，不面壁思过，还有什么好做？）
整条街不见人影。唯一的人叫做--Pecalang，巡逻员，确保人们遵守所有传统禁忌。
如果你以为只有是信徒才必须那么做，那就错了。游客尊重他们的方式，就是必须呆在酒店里，不能外出！
“Even tourists are not exempt; although free to do as they wish inside their hotels, no one is allowed onto the beaches or streets, and the only airport in Bali remains closed for the entire day. The only exceptions granted are for emergency vehicles carrying those with life-threatening conditions and women about to give birth.”
连机场都关掉，真的很重视这个节日。
几家航空公司在明年3月16日都很巧的没有任何班机，就是这一天了。
其实碰上了也不算什么坏事，去旅行本来就是要体验当地的文化。现在正好有个机会给自己上课，原来，相比华人的喧闹，巴厘人是以宁静的方式迎接新年的！
