我想，我是现在说的，所以可以说There is 吗？

cash 是不可数名词，不可以说 a cash
bank in 好像是 "Malaysia Boleh" 的本地创作，好比 handphone 一样，我建议不要用。

有人在30/10/2009存钱，是你吗？
这样问，有点怪，而且不明确，存多少钱在哪里？可能他那天碰巧去银行存钱在自己的户口，那他要怎么回答？回答 Yes 的话可能造成误会......

何不简单明确的问：

Did you deposit RMXXX in my account (或其他户口) on 30th October, 2009?

There is a cash deposited on 30/10/2009. Correct. means the cash deposited still in somewhere(bank etc) despite u  deposited on 30/10. and imply now(sekarang) this with you (in t bank).
if "there was a cash deposited on 30/10/2009" wrong. means the cash deposited already not there despite u deposited on 30/10/2009. and imply u have withdraw anytime after 30/10/2009. PASt tense.

was the cash of the amount of RM.... deposited? Could you be helpful to check for me.

如果你非得说“有人在我的户口里存了钱”，可以说：
A deposit was made into my savings account (或其他）on 30th October, 2009.

还有存支票进户口可以说 to bank a check/cheque 没有 in。

cash = uncountable noun
no such thing as "a cash"
