如何炒掉员工?

不管公司大小。。。如果员工还在probation period。。。劳工法令是24小时通知就可以了。。。不过通常有人情味的小公司老板还是会给一星期至一个月地。。。除非在对方加入的时候双方有白字黑字签了related matters.

    canot just say 'u r fire'....regarding labor law...to dismis an employee..u ned to folow 11 step...else u will get into trouble if the employee take any action to against the dismision...
不可以只是说‘你不用来上班了’。。因为据劳工法。。要辞掉一位员工。。需要依据11劳工法里的11个步骤。。。不然就是很麻烦的，如果那位员工采取行动对付这件事。。。
