5 Days / 4 Nites Mt.Kinabalu and North of Kudat -itinerary Day 1 - 2nd.June.2010
Pick up from T2 for flight AK5122 ETA : 1245 , upon arrival meet up our guide and driver to transfer to Kinabalu Park - Mensilau lodge / Kinabalu Pine resort.
Along the way stop over lunch at Tuaran -a 40 minutes drive from the airport for
the infamous "Tuaran mee" before adjourning back to Kundasang.
Stop over the Tamparuli hanging bridge before proceeding for Nabalu handicraft market.
Arrive Mensilau lodge / Kinabalu Pine resort at 1800hrs. Check in . Free at leisure.
Overnight.

Day 2 - 3rd.June.2010
Wake up at 0630hrs and proceed for breakfast at 0700hrs. Meet up your mt.guide and collect your packed lunch ( arrange by our guide ) at the Mensilau restaurant.
Later , register at the Mensilau starting point and collect your i.d card before desending up the Mensilau trail . The trail will take you thru the rich flora and fauna of the reserved rainforest -an extra 2 hour walk than the normal route.
Upon arrving Laban rata / Gunting lagadan -Check in .
Free at leisure. Dinner.

Note : Transfers , mt.guide , insurance , permit-malaysian , meals , accomodations at Laban rata / Gunting lagadan * which ever is available included , Timpohon gate and Mensilau transfer included , certificates included .
Day 3 - 4th.June.2010
Wake up at 0100hrs , and prepare yourself for an early climb at 0200hrs.Meet up your mt. guide for your climb to Low's Peak .Catch the amazing sunrise overlooking the majestic valley of Borneo rainfiorest. Later adjourn back down to Laban Rata / Gunting Lagadan resthouse for breakfast before descending down back to Timpohon gate. Later transfer to Park -Balsam restaurant for lunch and collect your certificates at Park Hq. Take a 40 minutes drive to Poring Hot Spring from Park Hq.Upon arrival , one could do the canopy walkway ( if time permits -the gate for canopy close at 1600hrs ) or take a dip at the Open air man made tub and enjoy the natural sulphur hot springs. By 1700hrs / 1800hrs proceed back to Kota Kinabalu hotel.Check in . ( Accomodations own arrangements. ) .Overnite and free at leisure.

After arriving from Kinabalu Park Hq and doing Poring Hot springs , proceed to Sabah Tea farm- another 20 minutes drive from Poring Hot spring.Check in at Sabah Tea bungalow / longhouse .Overnite .

Day 4 - 5th.June.2010
( If you are from Sabah Tea -p/up at 0800hrs or Kota Kinabalu hotel pick up 0700hrs )
Pick up at 0800hrs after breakfast and proceed to Lihuati fish -try out the river fish massage , 15 minutes leg / body dipping in the cold mountain river before proceeding your 4 hour journey to Kudat by Kundasang by pass -passing by scenic countryside of padi fields.
Along the way stop over the local handicraft markets , one could buy the Kudat peanuts and handmade bamboos basket etc.as souvenirs for better price than Kota Kinabalu craft market.
Your journey to Kudat will cover the Tip of Borneo , the oldest Tua Pei Kong temple , Bee farm and the Gong making .By late afternoon , proceed to the Babagazzo Rungus Longhouse where you will spend a nite there . Check in , and try out the local dish during dinner and the 'Mongigol traditional dance" . The accomodations are very basic but comfortable . Overnite.Free at leisure.

Day 5 - 6th.June.2010
Breakfast at 0800hrs and take a 2 hours drive to Kota Belud sunday market.Watch the local sell off their water buffalos and do trading -a traditional way at the Tamu ground.
By 1100hrs depart for Kota Kinabalu .Upon arrival stop over to a local restaurant for lunch.Transfer to T2 at 1500hrs for your flight back AK5125 ETD:1830 hrs.

Answering to your enquiries :
The package above is quoted base on guide from Mensilau and trail from Mensilau . Back from normal route to Timpohon on day 2.
For accomodations if you notice package A- i quoted 2 rates : 1 is staying at Mensilau itself but dorm room with dinner and package A - rate no.2 is staying at Pine resort located 20 minutes away from Mensilau , includes standard room base on 2 pax per/room with dinner.
And i will arrange for you Laban rata resthouse ( with heater ).However , early arrangements is advisable just to secure the rooms and dates especially the pricing.
Sutera will only sell to walk in enquiry next month , however we could request for this year rate if your arrangements are made early and we could do booking allotment for agents .For next month the accomodations on Mt.Kinabalu will be slightly higher with the new rate coming out.
And above rates are quoted for staying in Kudat longhouse .

我想如果你是道地的malaysia人，应该不会对kudat & Sabah Tea 有兴趣。
通常，3天2夜的神山trip 大约是rm850左右（7-15pax)。但是上面的trip加了kudat & Sabah Tea 的行程，或需那个价钱吧！

贵是贵在爬山配套而已，还算可以吧，自由行就省很多。。。

之前朋友和她男友来沙巴9天之旅，大概花了RM3.8K，算走完了西海岸。。。
