Contents	:	The announcement made on 10 August 2009 in relation to the restraining order granted by the Court pursuant to Section 176(10) of the Companies Act, 1965 in favour of MTONE and its following four (4) wholly owned subsidiaries for a period of 180 days from the date of the restraining order i.e. until 9 February 2010 refers:- - Mtone System Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FTEC System Sdn. Bhd.) (“Mtone System”); - Mtone Distribution (M) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FTEC Distribution (M) Sdn. Bhd.) (“Mtone Distribution”); - Mtone Networks Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FTEC Networks Sdn. Bhd.) (“Mtone Networks”); and - Mtone Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as TecAsia Sdn. Bhd.) (“Mtone S/B”) (hereinafter referred to as “Restraining Order”). The Board of Directors of MTONE wishes to announce that the Restraining Order in relation to MTONE, Mtone System, Mtone Distribution and Mtone Networks has been extended for a further period of 180 days from 7 February 2010. As for Mtone S/B, the Restraining Order has been extended until the disposal of the application as Low Yat & Sons Realty Sdn. 它還有一個地皮值一千多萬，上次報告講明賣了，不過它新的報告書里頭卻還沒賣出去，另外就是SC控告前股東要他還錢給MTONE，基本上，如果清盤還是它上市地位讓給人就看大股東如何做了。
