请问那一间银行的housing loan 比较好呢？？
我要买一间公寓 market value 大概是200k ， 我想借170k.........有什么好建议的银行吗？？？

我是负责KL Mortgage的，可以给你一些资料的...

如果是RM170K的loan （zero cost），
OCBC：Whole Tenure: BLR - 1.80%
HLBB: 1st year: 2.88%
             2nd year: 3.88%
             Thereafter: BLR - 0.90%
Alliance Bank: 1st - 5 year: BLR - 1.65%
                          Thereafter: BLR - 2.05%
CIMB : Whole Tenure: BLR - 1.80% (with MRTA)
                                       BLR - 1.60% (without MRTA)

听说由于最近BLR再次下降至5.55%，银行将会调整package，所以行动要快了，趁还没变动之前先apply也好。。。
