The Board of Directors of HCB wishes to announce that Transgrid Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ("TGV"), an associate company of HCB in joint venture with CD Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("CDEE") had on 13 May 2025 received an award of contract for establishment of a transmission main intake ("PMU") 500/275 kilovolt ("kV") Gurun East Gas Insulated Substation ("GIS") [3 x 1050 Megavolt-Ampere ("MVA")], Kedah from Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("Contract").
