以前刚开始要负责接电话时,也是提心吊胆,当接电话讲英文时...口吃~~~
客户都听不太明白,还一直说:Sorry! i can't hear u, can u speak louder!!! 是因为自己英文不好,不敢讲太大声.
然后去谷歌搜索下,找找一些电话用语...还蛮实用!
之后讲多,听多...也就顺口了...有时还会SHOOT回他们(以前不敢)....
