亚航今天才发来的通知。
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and would like to offer the following options as compensation:
|
| 1. | Fare reimbursement in credit shell for future bookings (valid for 3 months) |
| 2. | Reroute via Kuala Lumpur* (LCC Terminal) to Macau on the nearest
available flight |
| | * Please note that no extra cost will be charged for rerouting of flights to/from Macau via Kuala Lumpur
from/to Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu or Kuching |
| Please contact our Call Centre for rerouting or fare reimbursement. |

确定取消。好不容易决定陪双亲过去探亲，定了机票不到一星期就得知航线被取消，真是倒霉。当初贪它直飞兼便宜，现在却要在KL转机，真是想到都头痛。 |

我上回打去问也是碰到类似情况，而且接线生是跟你不客气的，哪有这样的服务？！所以你势必要比他们凶，这也是旅行社朋友教我的。
我已经收到第二次的邮件通知了，所以接下来会直接去古晋的机场问，再打去customer service也是多余的。请参阅：
