(“Q3”), based in Singapore, at a total purchase consideration of US$1,360,000 (equivalent to approximately RM6,015,000) with an option to acquire the remaining 20% equity interest in Q3 by 31 December 2027. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing - Test Interface in April 2022, led the sales and marketing team and managed the global distribution network.
