Talking in term of english speaking( conversations)then you are
reqiure to have a good/proficient partner or partners or whoever, without shy, sending your words/sentences/messages across correctly in the conversations even to strangers. As "practises make perfect" thus do it more oftenly perhaps daily or whenever possible !
