租金：RM360 ( 水,电，wifi 平分）,两个月（住）＋半个月（水电）抵押金 （RM900)
遷入日期：Early 4月 & onwards ( can move in earlier too , negotiable)
設備：WIFI, 热水器，洗衣机，冰箱 等等 (可以简单煮食）
房间有风扇，书桌，椅子， 和衣橱 (under good condition！ )
