- Submission of Quarterly Report for the quarters ended 31 December 2006 ("QR
31 Dec 06"), 31 March 2007 ("QR 31 Mar 07") and 30 June 2007 ("QR 30 Jun 07)
pursuant to Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities LR")
- Submission of Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2007
("AFS 31 Mar 07") pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(b) of Bursa Securities LR
- Submission of Annual Report for the period ended 31 March 2007 ("AR 2007")
pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(a) of Bursa Securities LR
Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 24 May 2007 and 26 June
2007 respectively.
The Board of Directors of Welli wishes to announce that Welli has not submited
its QR 31 Dec 06,
QR 31 Mar 07, QR 30 Jun 07 and AFS 31 Mar 07 pending approval from SC.
As a result, the Company had on 15 August 2007 and 16 August 2007 applied to
Bursa Securities for an
extension of time for submission of QR 31 Dec 06, QR 31 Mar 07, QR 30 Jun 07,
AFS 31 Mar 07 and AR 2007,
however Welli has yet to be notified from Bursa Securities pertaining to the
application.
This announcement is dated 3 September 2007.

技术上判断,我个人认为还会再起,不过没有更多的资料,也没有任何有关的消息,所以也没什么把握! |
