looking for volunteer

Hi I am calxxxstine,
Looking for some volunteer
Recently just got idea of building a site. However the site still under developement stage, I am looking volunteer in the following section:
1) PHP programmer [CSS + XHTML + PHP + MYSQL + javascript] :2 position
2) Designer
Profit:
Share long-term-profit after the whole site is up.
Modal:
Maybe sharing the domain name registration + hosting payment only.

我正在打算setup一架server，然后host自己和朋友要做的东西。 连hosting我们也打算做。
我算了dell的server RM6k++ , 2* Dual Core Opteron, with 2GB RAM.
我的朋友是php programmer, 而我是搞linux, freebsd server和linux security的。 所以我相信我能够把server搞好。
我们的梦想不只是这样而已。
一切从RM6k的dell server开始。 故事待接。。。
