这两个字。。。一个是所以。。一个是为何

可是如果我要同时一起用可以吗？？

例如。。。

i'm sick so that whereby i couldn't attend for the prom

可以这样吗？？

whereby不是“为何”吧，是“靠什么”才对。

比如：Whereby  shall  I  know  him? （我靠什么认出他呢？）

还有so  that是“以便”的意思，so 才是“所以”，你弄错了。

He was careless so he had failed the test.

He need to work hard so that he will not fail the test.

Whereby I need to work with him so that I can succeed?
