Forgot-Past tense
Forgotten-Past participle

Simple Preset (is/am/are,has/have,singular-verb,plural-verb+s)
Sorry sir,i forget to switch off the fan.

Past simple (was/were,had,verb(past tense)).
Oh my god,i forgot to pass him the key yesterday.

Present perfect -has/have + past participle.
I have forgotten how to solve this puzzle.

Past perfect -had+ past participle
I had completely forgotten the incident before i went into the court.
