regulations是什么意思？？

cooling off period是冷静期。＝ masa bertenang？
rules是规矩。
regulation是条例。= syarat syarat？
statutory laws是法制条例、法规。= undang undang kehakiman？
withholding是压制。= berhentian？

有待大家来确定以上翻译。儒艮的马来语有限，失礼了。

cooling off period 是商业上所谓的 冷却期。例如：某些产品有十天的冷却期，如果不满意，在十天内可以要求退货。

如果把 cooling off period 翻译成 tempoh pendinginan 可以吗？imbuhan 有没有问题？
