2026年万字票业者（NFO）的特别开彩也是8次嗎

（吉隆坡5日讯）首相兼财政部长拿督斯里安华指出，万字票业者（NFO）的特别开彩将从2023年1月1日起恢复至8期，就如2019年希盟政府执政时一样。

安华今日在特别内阁会议后的新闻发布会上说：“若有任何收集非法资金的倾向，我们将采取必要措施。



例如，只要我还是财长，我就可以取消国盟政府今年初将博彩公司特别开彩从8期，增加至22期的决定。”

“今天我已指示，特别开彩期维持在之前的天数，即8次。


这意味着从2023年1月1日起，特别开彩期从22次降至8次。”



“针对部分用于资助（最近）选举的问题，我们必须对此进行调查。


无论你自称是马来政党还是伊斯兰党，资金都来自博彩公司。”

多多博彩(SportsTOTO)追随万能步伐，推出“万字积宝”，市场亦揣测大马彩或跟进，版权顾问告诉《中国报》，这是否足以构成侵权，胥视万能当年获政府颁发的批准是否声明“独家经营”，否则所有测字商都可申请。

《中国报》就此事向万能管理公司查询，但该公司不愿回应。

根据万能母公司马化控股在09年7月24日向马证交所报备的文件，内容简短仅指出“子公司获得相关单位批准，推出新万字（4 digit）测字游戏，并另加积宝吸引消费者”，当中未有“独家经营权”字眼。



万能于09年9月推出万字积宝，大受市场欢迎，并成为最大的博彩收入来源，引来同业的跟随不足为奇。

另厢，艾芬投资银行的分析报告则说：




“尽管玩法与万能完全相同，但根据我们的管道调查，认为多多博彩不会面对侵权法律诉讼。”

“测字市场竞争加剧，大马彩推出万字积宝，只是时间上的问题。”

多多博彩的第一期万字积宝成绩已在上週六开出，与万能的万字积宝玩法一样，



无论投注额、最低奖金、最高奖金及游戏规則都一样。




观察人士认为，万能被批准推出万字积宝，政府同样会批准多多博彩和大马彩推出该玩法，避免被指偏袒任何一方。

“玩法多了，特别是受市场欢迎，可带动测字商的收入外，也一并推高政府的博彩税收。”
