超夯「福源花生醬」驗出黃麴毒素！北市令下架

台北市衛生局28日公布2025年5月食品中真菌毒素稽查抽驗結果，共抽驗30件產品，有2件花生粉、1件花生醬檢出黃麴毒素不符合食品中真菌毒素限量標準，其中包含了前總統馬英九的最愛新竹福源顆粒花生醬。

北市衛生局近日派員至傳統市場、超市賣場及餐飲店等處稽查食品中真菌毒素，共計抽驗30件產品，包含20件花生製品(花生糖、花生仁、花生粉、花生醬等)、6件雜糧類（蓮子、薏仁、藜麥等)、2件果乾類、2件辛香料，今日公布檢驗結果，有2件花生粉、1件花生醬檢出黃麴毒素含量B1不符合食品中真菌毒素限量標準。

不符合產品包含，日晟雜糧行花生粉黃麴毒素B1：4.6 μg／kg（標準：2 μg／kg）、總黃麴毒素B1＋B2＋G1＋G2：5.6 μg／kg（標準：4 μg／kg），來源廠商為新北市士平企業有限公司；豐盛潤餅的一級花生粉則檢出黃麴毒素B1：11.8 μg／kg、總黃麴毒素B1＋B2＋G1＋G2：13.7 μg／kg，來源廠商為新北市元發商行（南北雜糧）；家樂福台北濟南店新竹福源顆粒花生醬黃麴毒素B1：4.3 μg／kg、總黃麴毒素B1＋B2＋G1＋G2：5.0 μg／kg。

環保局衛生稽查科長李慧芝表示，檢驗不符合規定的產品，已通知販售商及進貨端業者立即下架，限期改正，經追查來源為外縣市，已移請所轄縣市衛生局處辦，檢驗違反《食安法》不符合食品中真菌毒素限量標準規定，屆期不改者，可處3萬元以上、300萬元以下罰鍰。

衛生局表示，台灣氣候高溫潮濕，花生及其製品、五穀雜糧、堅果類、果乾類等食材容易受真菌毒素汙染，提醒民眾在購買食品時，選擇信譽良好的廠商，確認包裝完整無損毀，開封後盡速食用，包存在乾燥陰涼環境或放冰箱低溫保存，同時呼籲業者，應落實原物料管控，加強原料驗收、溫溼度監控並採先入先出原則，以維護消費者食用安全及自身的商譽。

If you have any recalled Jif peanut butter, you should dispose of it and wash and sanitize any surfaces or containers that may have come into contact with it.

就算没有卖， 现在很多农作物被黄麹毒素污染严重。。。尤其是花生和玉米。。。防不胜防。。。
