佛法要靠恭敬心和信心求得

与其他的教育不同，佛法要靠恭敬心和信心求得。对佛法有一颗虔诚的心，有一颗坚定不移的信心，就能得到。如果没有信心，学得再多、懂得再多，你就是把三藏十二部都背下来、都能讲，也没有用，佛法里讲的这些成就你一点也得不到。佛法和其他的学问不一样，佛讲的大部分的道理都是出世间的，都已经超越了世间，超出了六根的对境，超出了六根所能感知的范围。凭自己的认知，凭自己的力量是根本不可能学会的。如果你有具足的信心，哪怕是一个字也不认识，一句也不会念也能成就，也能得到佛法里讲的这些功德。

Dharma is Obtained Depending on the Respect and Faith

Different from other education, Dharma is obtained depending on the respect and faith. To obtain Dharma, we should have the devout and unalterable faith. Without the faith, even you have learned and understand a lot, and you can recite and talk about the Tripitaka, it is no use. You won’t gain any attainment in the Dharma. Dharma is different from other knowledge. Most knowledge in Buddha Dharma are beyond world, and beyond the objects of the six roots and their range of senses. It is not possible to learn the dharma depending on one`s own cognition and ability. If you have the complete faith, even though you don’t know any words or cannot read any sentences, you will still obtain the merits and virtues in the Buddha Dharma.
