中国是因为外国信用卡无法普及，才用电话app付费。 现在中国的问题是如何让外国人（+外国银行）使用中国的付费系统。

感觉是大家为了让中国人消费而采用他们的付费系统

我以前就想使用支付宝，但不能绑非大陆的银行，即使是大陆在外国的银行（如中国银行）也不能开放。。。（似乎得去大陆开银行户口才行，我有新加坡籍同事常到大陆公干的，就可以使用那几个第三支付平台。）

我不懂是那方面的问题。
