lelong的卖家Castle IT真的这么嚣张狂妄吗?有谁和这家买过东西?

话说我的显卡故障,而且还没用上两年的asus显卡,asus显卡有3年保,于是我联系Castle IT的whatsapp,他只回复我一个讯息》》》http://www.lelong.com.my/merchan ... castleit&show=Terms

Warranties Return Procedures
Step 1 Prepare your faulty unit
Step 2 Attach a paper note with your information:
i. Name
ii. Address
iii. Contact number
iv. Email Address
v. Order ID / Invoice number (if any)
vi. Problem (simple description)
Step 3 SHIP/RETURN it to our Warranty Department.
You may send your warranty queries to us at sales@castleit.com.my
以上的要求讯息我都照着做,里面有说会在24小时里回复我,但已经过了24小时却没有音讯,最后我当然是不放心,就想和对方联系,希望他给我一个确认的讯息好让我放心的把故障的显卡寄回去,可是我用了所有可以联系Castle IT的方法都联系不上他,Castle IT的专页里的联系人叫Mr.WONG Whatsapp 012-82222-74。
lelong的sms讯息、电话、sms、facebook专页、电子邮件统统都没有回应,当初赚钱的时候就彬彬有礼,要做保修工作了就闪人不理睬,有良心的卖家是以这种态度对待顾客的吗?
最后我没有办法只好求助于asus malaysia的保修部,他们要求我给我在lelong购买显卡的单据,才会受理,单据我有,就不懂要等到几时了。。。不懂这里有哪位大大有和这家网店买过东西没?

网上商家都一个淋样,我的modem坏了寄回去给Choxxxxxx,他说已经交给厂家warranty,结果后来什么音讯都没了。所以,便宜的东西可以网上买,贵的还是坚持到实体店,贵一点没关系,最重要是warranty要好。 |

卡是很耐用的,固态电容也是很耐, 最大的敌人就是热, 时常游戏温度过75c以上的显卡的
pcb和显晶片的之间有很多焊珠,因为热胀冷缩的原理久而久之pcb或晶片变形导致脱盘

如果是 TP-Link 的。。。
可以直接联系 TP-Link Malaysia (Lowyat)。。。
我试过 Claim Warranty (Lightning surge) 是直接更换一架。。。
RMA 速度非常快。。。
注:
只要寄回有问题的部分就可以了。。。
我是全部配件一起寄回。。。
结果回来却少了两个 RJ11 Cable。。。

RMA 什么的, 最好自己来。 自己跟厂家直接deal。 有什么status, 自己马上知道。我的WD HDD 有了bad sector, 上网登记, 然后把HDD寄过去, 3个星期后就收到新的了。

賣家昨晚發了一封電郵來》》Hi, Regarding your warranty is claimed success,
Please kindly refer and check attached invoice payment and delivery.
之後我馬上去銀行bank in給他,之後我就用手機通訊軟件和電郵詢問再撥打電話給他,TMD狗屎的一個回應都沒有,電話也不接,訊息也不回,好像石沉大海般。。。

网购可以找lowyat的idxxxxech,我claim过2块motherboard都没问题,其中一块还是我跟网友买二手的,然后寄给他们claim也爽快。

他奶的,這賣家根本就不給顧客一個溝通聯繫的橋樑,昨天和今天試了好多次連續這賣家的方法,他什麼都不回應,就在今天發出訊息說顯卡已經寄出。。。顯卡型號還是一樣是r9 270,但序號是新的顯卡也是新的,話說這r9 270顯卡 asus經銷商還有存貨? |

認識castleit的都知道他們出了名慢回復.一路來和他買了很多東西,除了回復慢,出貨很奇怪之外.RMA我還沒試過.我說他出貨奇怪就是他不喜歡一次過把東西寄出來.最近就是一批貨竟然用3次來寄,結果發現少掉一塊1TB的HDD.不過讚的是他肯負責,把遺漏的HDD寄回給我啦.哈哈..... |
