Financial Year 的问题

请问大家, 我公司新开了一间公司, 我想知道新公司成立的日期应该看什么文件? 比如说公司在2015 年十月十五号成立了但还没开始做生意 ,直到2016年十月才开始做生意。Financial year 是Jan - Dec, 那第一年的financial year 是 从2015年十月到十二月吗? 那我需要通知accounting software的人帮我create第一年的financial year 是从公司成立那一天的日期十月到十二月吗? 虽然第一年没做生意, 但是注册费是另一间公司在2015 年十一月还的, Paid on behalf 和 Capital 也需要key 在第一年的financial year是吗?

成立日期看form 9.
Sdn Bhd 第一年可以18个月之内。也就是说financial year可以2015年10月15号到2015年12月31号，或是到2016年12月31号。

sole/partnership 就一定要成立那年的12月31号结帐。

Paid on behalf 和 Capital 也需要key 在第一年的financial year是吗?

  Cr other creditor (company b)

company b 就这样记录：
Dr other debtor (company a)
  Cr bank

Comoany a 他是出钱～怎么没有关于到钱的～
