Note:
1. First come, first served policy applied
2. Monthly rental RM 240 (includes utilities - electricity & water with reasonable usage)
3. 2 months rental deposit required to secure booking (will be refunded upon the end of tenancy agreement)
4. Private bathroom
5. Not staying with house owner. Privacy secured
6. Strictly 1 person per room
7. Smoking strictly prohibited inside the house and no pet is allow
