GST tax invoice 可以自己用excel设计然后开单吗？

小弟刚注册GST 下个月开始就要和顾客征收消费税，毕竟砸钱买computer GST system 很贵，又担心客户不接受。有没有人可以教教我？

我在想如果你没有用 system的话，短时期或许可以用 excel来做 tax invoice，但是你的 tax invoice要符合标准，去看 custom guide就知道了，比如说 tax invoice要有 gst号码，company registration number, tax code，tax invoice number, gst6%的字样等等。。

然后 gst regulation还有个要求就是要有 GAF file，这种 file有自己一定的 format，你不用 system的话很难 generate出来，GAF file是当 custom来 audit你的时候你给不出就比较棘手了。。

目前最简单的做法有.
可以去google search tax invoice的template,有很多.在依custom的guide改去自己要的format.开给客户后在appoint accounting firm的人帮你进去system顺便报埋GST.也就是说你只负责开tax invoice,其它就让accounting firm做.
