顶X地产， 没钱赚的生意怎么做?

最近看到Whatsapp 总是流传  顶X地产的消息，说卖地产可以拿到100%的佣金， 公司完全不抽，agent拿到完。
骗子!
我之前进去，钱还没赚，就要我先还RM2000作member.　
这么大的大甲蟹随街跳meh?
