我的情况是这样写法：

If the Employee is authorized by the Company to carry out overtime work in excess of the normal working hours, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to compensate the Employee for the approved overtime work by offering equivalent off days (or hours). The Employee agrees the decision of the Company, as the case may be, is final.

这条规不适用于月薪少过2千令吉的雇员。

月薪少过2千令吉的雇员，你给的条规不可低于法定的Overtime。所以，以上只能用于月薪超过2千令吉的雇员。
