请问...各位大大律师们 ..假如在脸书发赌博广告..一天发一贴..假如发30天..被抓到..是被控一罪..还是30罪?

通常这种状况被起诉时起诉状INDICTMENT会写

1。触犯什么条例CHARGE什么(COUNT)
2。PARTICULAR时就会写从什么时候到什么时候触犯这个条例。

你的状况会用SAMPLE COUNTS一个COUNT来代表全部所有同样的犯罪。
徒刑会看出相关日子所犯的错来判多少。

SAMPLE COUNT
Where a defendant is alleged to have committed numerous offences over a long period, rather than charging him with every single alleged instance, the prosecution can decide instead to charge him with 'sample counts' to represent the course of offending. If the defendant pleads guilty or is found guilty, they will be sentenced to reflect that overall period of offending. If this is the case, the prosecution must explain to the Judge what the overall period is said to be.

谢谢这位大大. 意识说抓到是蛮严重的..一天判一年都要30年..

没有这样判的，是被看作一个犯罪行为，就是会判多一点，不至于一个一个去算。

哦哦再次谢谢大大...就是..假如说那条条文最高5年罚20万..就是判5年罚20万最高不至于一个一个去算..对吗?

同一个罪名下是。
但是要看看SUSPECT有没有案低，有案低法官分分钟加码。
