请问各位大大，如果没有Original Tax Invoice，只有 CTC Invoice from Supplier，这样可以claim gst 的吗？谢谢~

就是chop 一个chop “Certified True Copy”和签名在复印的Tax Invoice上。

為什麼要這樣做？什麼原因？

According the GST Act, in order to claim the input tax, the company must have the original tax invoice from suppliers.

因为supplier不要再给我们original tax invoice，他们只能给CTC的而已

你最好跟GST officer確認一下比較好

Tax invoice 有没有对方的letterhead？invoice format对吗？

在正常情况下, 卖家必须开具TAX INVOICE 给买家; 只有在遗失TAX INVOICE 时 才可以CTC, 而且CTC 必须是有签名加SUPPLIER 的印章;
