Position Summary: - To provide premium support to CANON clients. This supportis provided by phone, email, onsite which includes direct contact with Canonand their support partners. Duties and responsibilities: - Point of contact for system service requests and queriesfrom Canon Copier Users. - Must possess a clear speaking voice and strong verbalcommunications skills. - Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly based onthe customer’s needs. - Ability to handle difficult calls in a professionalmanner. - Send SMS sales lead to the respective sales team asstipulated by the DOM Sales Division. - Diagnose and resolve over the phone or electronically ofall system related issue on the copier performance and advice users onappropriate actions. - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgentattention. - Assist Service Mailbox enquiries and replies. - Handline inbound & Outbound Calls for MainLine andOperator queue. - Handline Inbound & Outbound Calls for Dom BIS SalesEnquiries. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a ProfessionalCertificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, PostGraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. - Preference at least 1 year(s) of working experience in therelated field for this position. - Fresh Graduate if encourage to apply. - Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Utama. - Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and PreferredChinese. - Working hours: (8:30am – 6:00pm) Monday – Friday - Full-Timeposition(s) available.
