【寻找】Designer!

哈咯大家好,
我们是一个年轻的团队想要利用公司现在获得的Order在Web Design 发展.
我们需要Designer/Web Developer 加入我们.
完成了这两项Orders后, 如果公司没有得到任何的Order, 我们将会在E-commerce发展.
我们正在寻找Partner而不是我付你钱, 你帮我解决.
如果你们有兴趣, 可以PM我. 对不起华语不是很好.
这个机会是为
-缺乏机会
-看到前景
-想发展
-可熬苦
的人而设的.

找免费的Desginer和Web Developer? 我们当人会分钱但是是完成公司的Website和Client的Order后啊

那么怎样分？还有你做什么？你自己要分多少？
不如，你把costing列出，大概要如何分配之类的。那样大家才明白。
不然，到时候A觉得B做少少，分多多，不公平，
B觉得C靠美色勾引老板分多了，不公平，
C觉得D不做工都有钱拿不公平。。。
另外，你沟通能力如何，用英文给tutorial之类的行吗？

I'm happy to see your interest on the business plan.
Sorry to say, I'm sure that we do not share our company plan on the social media as simple as that.
Moreover, I do not know you so it will be hard for us to list out how much exactly you will get.
In addition, I believe the team is not looking for people who always thinks about the politic event that may happen in a company.
All we hope is a good environment that lets us to work together.

I'm glad to know your business plan. I plan to do something similar.
How about I establish a company, and you join as sales person?
I plan to give 5% commission from the sales.
You will need to do marketing, sales and give tutorials and I do all the technical job.
