为何我的AIRASIA BIG MASTER CARD 每个月会被征收RM２。５０的？
我每一个月都有进钱和刷卡消费啊

打去鳥AA呀，有TERM N CONDITION的咯
Account Service Fee
RM2.50 per month for inactive account where there is no Card Transaction in a particular month
|

因为inactivity是从你最后一个transaction开始算起一个月.
如果最后一个消费纪录是11/05/2015, 就是到11/06/2015都没有消费, 就会被征收inactivity fee了.
进钱不算是消费.
我之前也以为是指每个月一号到月尾,结果被扣RM2.50.

With reference to your inquiry, we thank you for giving us an opportunity to assist you.
With regards to your query of the account service fee, it is charges when there has been no charges made to your BIG prepaid card for a timeframe of one(1) month. The charge is calculated from the date of the last transaction of the month to the next date of the next charge, if the date has lapsed 30 days, there will be an account service fee charged to the card.
Kindly do note that a Top-Up isn't accepted as a transaction by the system.
We do hope that the above does answer your question on the account service fee and it is sufficient to you.

那么只要在最后一个消费记录日期后的一个月内在使用多一次，就不会被征收RM2.50?
