其实还蛮不错

就给你一个建议： 以每年7%升值来算，5年后谁会和你买过来，如果你找到答案就可以下手，今天500K左右或以下都还好，当然地点也重要

我的意见这里以后会购买的都是马来顾客，华人比较少

为什么人会马来顾客比较多呢？ 地点来说我觉得是很不错的， 附近的工厂都有可能逐一的搬迁出这区，以便将来会有更多的未来发展。

还有靠近马星的icon city，也会帮助这project吧。 你认为呢？
这project是office 还是可以居住的soho type啊？
