为什么Maybank收Misc. Charges

银行刚刚发放我的房屋贷款,昨天我看是没有Misc. Charges 可是今天看多了一个Misc. Charges 请问这个是什么???该不会时不时就来个奇奇怪怪的费用,那不是永远供不完???Financing Type : | Maybank Islamic Loan | Account number: |

请问这个是什么?

你好
RM200.00 是手续费,只还一次而已(这个banker should be unfront let you know 因为letter offer有写)如果屋子是completed,当银行出完钱时,多数隔一个月才开始@month installment
eg : 6月22出完钱,银行就会要你8月开始@month installment
所以 9天 (6月22至30日) 和7月需要还利息而已(银行出多少钱就还多少利息)
不过之后你还有一个fire insurance的费用(这个是complusory的,每一年扣一次)

Profit Charged 就是利息。根据伊斯兰教义,利息是不被允许的。所以当设计伊斯兰产品时必须避开利息,最后就以Profit来取代。
