Honestly speaking, this is the MOST POWERFUL key to fully make your whole company to operate at the most effective/efficient way all the time. How to INSTILL into all level of employees?Pretty easy, in every meeting the Manager/CEO must replace the words of how to MAXIMIZE SALES with how to MAXIMIZE PROFITS.

P/S: Because PROFITS always will make employee aware of costs incurred as well but the words SALES doesn’t.
