石膏，只是客厅＋厨房 ＝ rm3.3k
厨房橱柜 ＋ bar table with drawer + 电视柜 ＝ 差不多 rm9k
拉电 ＝ rm4.5k

太贵。。。。 拉电部分

你要 make sure 那个 bar table 可以站上去的。
