關於freelancer報稅問題。

請問小弟工作性質是freelancer室內設計和承包建築工程。如果要報稅的話應該填b 還是be form 。沒有偶用註冊公司，客戶收據支票資料都是直接寫小弟的名字。謝謝

我提议你应该注册ROB。

依你现在的状况，应该呈报Form B。

Form BE只是适用于员工而已，通常你会有Form EA的

依你的叙述应该是Form B

如果是BE的话，当然不必做帐啊。但是，如果你是有生意收入，必须做帐以报税。也就是说，要报Form B。

当然可以。但是你必须要有做账的知识。然后，需要准备tax computation。

Form B有E-Filing的

现在已经是Self Assessment的年代了，不用交Tax Comp给LHDN

Form B可以上网填呀。账目也可以填在Form B。Tax computation是你计算所得税的working syatement。

收到了，謝謝。

再證實一次，就是online做E-Filling。然後自己做帳保留著不用交上去。

小弟還沒有註冊公司，公司名是填自己的名字嗎？
