多发性骨髓瘤的准确诊断 Accurate diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma!!!

国际骨髓瘤工作组（IMWG）今日更新多发性骨髓瘤的诊断。多发性骨髓瘤是浆细胞癌。患者通過骨痛，肾功能衰竭，以及贫血症狀來诊断。大多数患者都是在晚期因為器官損傷時才發現，而無法在早期得到确诊。这个新标准将使用生物标记物验证，並使患者可以在早期的阶段得到准确诊断。

The criterion for diagnosing multiple myeloma was updated by International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) today. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of white blood cell called a plasma cell which is diagnosed based on clinical symptoms such as bone pain, kidney failure, and anemia. But most patients remain undiagnosed until advance stages when organ damage occurs. This new criteria will enable accurate diagnosis in early stages using validated biomarkers.
