demolish什么？ 整间屋子？
Extension of Car Porch，有包tiles?
Living Hall, Kitchen, 3 Wash rooms + 3  Bed Rooms + Car Porch ， 重复了三次。
painting 没有注明什么油漆，几层,有没有skim coat, 底漆？

如果 177K起一间屋子，我觉得是合理的。

楼主，我不是来乱的。。。只是希望quotation清楚列明有做的东西，没有白纸黑字就惨了。才那几行字就赚你200千，你的钱很好赚下咯。。。

楼主，最好叫他们例越详细越好。

只要他们quotation没写的东西，都是当着没包括在里面的，这个你要当心。

最好叫你们quote你量化的，比如说RMxx/sqf。以后有什么争执，用尺量就好了。不会争到脸黒黑。

太贵了，叫 这个contractot list out所有东西的details.越清楚越好。

数量，做法，材料，都没怎样列出来。。。这样的quotation不用一小时就能完成了
