开展和规划佳礼全民资讯网的广告营销工作，领导市场和销售团队，同现有合作伙伴/主要客户维持良好的关系，并寻找新的合作契机，并实现绩效管理。
        
任职要求：

• 具备电子广告；

• 拥有领导团队能力；
• 拥有绩效管理工作经验
• 熟悉并具备网络广告市场业务运作的经验。

• Sound knowledge in relevant industry (digital advertising arena) with established customer base is highly preferable.
• Designing and revising package and rate card, updating sales kit, proposing ad format, working closely with content and technical team for campaign implementation.
• managing good rapport with key clients and agencies while sourcing for new clients
• Involve in implementing sales strategy based on company strength, values and unique selling point.
• Evaluate and customizing sales proposal from Sales Coordinator/sales Executive for client.
• Explore sales / strategic opportunity/partnership.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

• In charge of proposing/organizing based on event calendar or business partner sponsorship.
• Managing events with forum members (themed based, festival based, seasonal) for loyalty engagement while attracting new members.
• Pursuing sponsorship by liaising with CEO, editors and forum members.
• Liaison with respective agencies for related events.(e.g: Movie merchandise/ticket giveouts )
• Work with Social Media executive, for executing and promoting in house events.
• Employing newsletter method for internal cari event whenever necessary.
• Alert sales department for potential customer’s enquiry.
• Working experience in the related field is preferable but freshie are welcomed.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
