Canon MP496 paper jam 问题

我开始power on,过不了多久就出现error-the paper is jammed. clear the paper and press ok.
问题是打开cover看没有纸卡在里面，还有on的时候里面不知道什么东西跑几下就出现error paper jammed.
请问到底是什么问题？
