请问有哪位大大曾经申请过法律援助（YBGK)的。想了解其程序，谢谢。

大大们好 ！ 小弟因某些事故被警察提控上法庭了。但不认罪，因为都不是我做的。后来有去询问了几间律师行的意见，他们都叫我去申请 (YBGK BAR COUNCIL ) 。 他们说这机构能帮助一些年收入没那么高的人聘请律师辩护或求情。在最近我也把所有资料都完整的交上去了。但 （YBGK ) 告诉我说需要 1~2 星期来 PROCESS 看能否通过他们的要求才会帮我找律师。但距离我开庭的日子越来越靠近了，我担心说差不多要开庭前才告诉我说我的资料不符合他们的要求。想请问哪位大大们有申请过这机构的援助 ， 还有成功与否吗？ 谢谢

要是不成功的话我是否现在也要开始寻找另一个法律援助机构呢？麻烦各位大大介绍介绍。距离开庭日子还有19天吧了。
不想到时候开庭时没律师辩护我就会被判罪了

不用当心，如果到那天还没有请到律师你就通知法庭你需要多点时间请律师。当然你需要跟法庭解释为何还没有请到律师代表你 （如YBGK 还没通知你是否符合资格/刚刚被拒绝所以才要找律师等等）。通常都会批准所以不要当心，你有权利得到公平的审判。

最后，如果你真的有偷东西或收藏赃物的话希望你不要浪费法庭的时间。

YBGK (Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan /National Legal Aid Foundation  ) 是由政府和律师公会（Bar Council） 合作而产生的基金会。专门为收入不高的马来西亚人民提供法律援助。ybgk 如果他们已经开了你的file，通常意味着你已经符合基本条件。因为没有的话，他们会马上拒绝你。您可以随时拨打电话向确认.YBGK 是由政府资助的，你并不需要支付任何 费用。 但政府给YBGK Lawyer 的费用远低于市价，所以你不得不等待志愿律师pick up 你的file。通常还在监狱没有担保的被告或少年犯会优先。YBGK从每一个州的法律援助中心operate.  For more info go to : http://www.ybgk.org.my/

The NLAF was established with a view to provide legal assistance to those who cannot afford to engage a lawyer to argue their case in court.  There are about 80% of accused persons brought to court for criminal cases have no lawyers to defend them.

The conditions which need to be met in order to qualify legal representation and advice in criminal matters are as follow−

• A Malaysian citizen
• Legal assistance at the hearing stage the applicant must have an income−
  • that does not exceed RM 25,000 per annum; or
  • between RM25,000 and RM36,000 with the condition that the applicant will be charged RM300 for nominal fees.
    
    
  
  

The legal assistance provided by the NLAF will cover all  types of criminal offences*, with the exception of those which carry the death penalty.

* Notes:

Offences that carry the death penalty will not be covered by the NLAF for the time being as the court already provides assigned counsel to persons charged for such offences.

• Okok 好的，谢谢大大的答案。 要是我自己真犯罪也不会浪费法庭时间。但我也真的是无辜被受牵连的
