Window 7 黑屏！求救！

进不去window..只有显示一只滑鼠..
也进不去safe mode..
要怎样解决？我不要format！

我的方法就是把hard disk拆出来，放进其他的电脑，然后将里面重要的资料back up起来，在装回原来的电脑format吧！ |

I waiting around 15mins afrer black screen with mouse icon..i turn into this screen, does it means i still no get caught yet?
So got any solution can slove this problem? I hope you can help me by not using format way. Thanks! |

try restore funtion,turn on ur nb,press f8 select repair windows,leave it run until restore point came out,choose any last restore date,leave it until finish see ok or not...

拆你的harddisk放去另一家有windows的电脑开机看看会不会repair吧。 如果不能的话就是拜拜了。

先用external case备份，再看可不可以救，不可以就得换新了 |

Hello..Dear all IT master..
Finally, my family bring my recovery CD for me..because last few months i feeling my laptop got something wrong thats why i already move my important data into disk D..and I recovery on the day!
But now another problem coming, is feeling my window 7 shut down function is not stable..keep always need to wait long time still shuting down!
Anyone can give any suggestion..i appreciate you all so sincery helped me!
