被冤枉！跪求意见

My friend has been transferring money into my bank account using online transfer, for a certain reasons. e.g. help him to cash out and pay him back in person subsequently, or help him to transfer to another 3rd party account.

Now he is setting me up by asking back those money he banked in into my account, but the fact is those money weren't a borrowing between us. I was helping him by allowing him to bank in money into my bank account.

And now he is threatening me by saying he will get a laywer to sue me and get back those money based on the bank records.

Can my friend sue me on that? I am worried, please advice me.

如果只是讲控告，他当然可以这样做，但是能不能成功，是另外一回事。
如果你还保有你transfer out 的 slip还是有的打的。

其实你是不是在帮他洗黑钱？

首先你要冷静。如果对方真的要控告你，那这因该是牵涉一笔大的数目。如果不是的话对方可能会亏了律师费。

还有，他需要证明（如，你欠他钱）。你是否有跟他签过借据，等等？如果他没有证据你认为这官司能打吗？

如果真的被告，你也可以辩护。如你说的你只是帮他把钱拿出来或转账。你如果真的有转账你一定会有 Bank Record。就算你没有的，银行也一定会有 record。

所以不要紧张。
