Department Store - Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER
(based at Johor Bahru)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for commercial management of the designated department of the store
• Contribute to the setting, monitoring and achieving targets and objectives of the store
• Manage staff, merchandise and space to ensure that the highest standards of service are being offered
• Deputize the Store Manager in his or her absence
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Local from Johor. Good exposure and experienced in retails industry in Johor Bahru minimum 3 years with managerial experience ( retails/ department store / service industry)
• Diploma in Marketing/ Sales/ Commerce/ Business Management or any related discipline
• Experience in supermarket or bakery environment will be an added advantage
• Possess good planning, organizational, leadership and communication skills
• Detailed, sales driven, self-motivated and capable of leading a team Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Willing to work on shifts/ public holidays/ weekends
