有谁是医生或药剂师的进来，帮我看看这些药....

我有胃酸倒流导致慢性胃炎，之前医生给药是PARIET 20mg & MOTILIUM 10mg,吃了好了又在发作。现在医生换药是metoclopramide & ganaton &pantium ,但是我吃了头晕爱睡乏力，请问那一种药较好？又是那一种药会导致以上问题出现？跪求答案！ |

我照胃镜有慢性胃炎，医生给我吃PARIET，有吃时会止痛，没吃又来痛。吃了5盒，最近背后左边痛，不懂是不是胃痛影响。 本帖最后由 evolution2006 于 6-3-2014 06:16 PM 编辑

Side effects
Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine. Just because a side effect is stated here does not mean that all people using this medicine will experience that or any side effect.
Common (affect between 1 in 10 and 1 in 100 people)
Headache.
Difficulty sleeping (insomnia).
Dizziness.
Cough.
Inflammation of the throat (pharyngitis).
Inflammation of the lining of the nose (rhinitis) causing a blocked or runny nose.
Infections.
Disturbances of the gut such as diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or wind.
Weakness or loss of strength (asthenia).
Back pain.
Flu-like symptoms.
Uncommon (affect between 1 in 100 and 1 in 1000 people)
Nervousness.
Sleepiness.
Dry mouth.
Indigestion.
Bronchitis.
Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis).
Rash.
Flushing of the skin due to widening of the small blood vessels (erythema).
Pain in the muscles or joints.
Leg cramps.
Chest pain.
Fever or shivering.
Increased liver enzymes.
Rare (affect between 1 in 1000 and 1 in 10,000 people)
Decreased number of white blood cells or platelets in the blood (leucopenia, neutropenia or thrombocytopenia).
Inflammation of the stomach (gastritis).
Inflammation of the mouth (stomatitis).
Taste disturbance.
Loss of appetite.
Depression.
Visual disturbances.
Sweating.
Itching.
Weight gain.
Inflammation of the liver (hepatitis).
Jaundice.
Kidney inflammation (interstitial nephritis).
Very rare or frequency not known
Swollen ankles due to fluid retention (peripheral oedema).
Breast swelling in men.
Confusion.
Decreased level of sodium in the blood (hyponatraemia).
Decreased level of magnesium in the blood (hyponatraemia) - see warning section above.
Severe skin reactions.
The side effects listed above may not include all of the side effects reported by the medicine's manufacturer.

如果你经济允许，我觉得你应该吃回rabeprazole和domperidone。
哎，可是楼主，你有没有乖乖，不吃辣酸的东西，不抽烟，定时吃东西，而且小量多餐呢？
如果没有，吃什么药也没用，还是会回来。
P/s：你有做过螺旋菌的test吗？

在换药之前，有没有试过除了胃酸倒流，还有严重的呕吐？或腹部涨风？不然医生不会随便换药。 |

谢谢您的回答。能做的我都做了，可是还是感觉不舒服，时好时坏。我也觉得使用旧药感觉较舒服。我已做过胃镜检查，没有幽门螺旋菌也没有癌细胞，医生说是轻微慢性胃炎和喷门有一点松弛导致轻微食道炎。可能是压力很大，我向医生要求镇定情绪的药，可是医生不肯给，他说怕以后会依赖这种药。 |

我跟医生说我还是不舒服，医生就换药，我有干呕或恶心，但没有严重呕吐。我觉得肚子涨涨的，但医生检查说没有涨风。请问您是医生吗？谢谢！

我也认同，如果是我，我也不会给你镇定剂。找出为什么压力那么大吧！

你不舒服多久了？我吃了Pariet会好一点，但是还是会隐隐作痛。你是在哪里看得医生？

如果我说没有副作用的话，是我在骗你的。什么药都有副作用的，中药草药西药都一样。不过，这药的副作用一般上不严重，大部分的病人可以tolerate的 |

可以的，有时候一个月就可以痊愈，如果你乖乖的注重生活习惯和饮食。我不觉得你需要动手术啦 |

我确实是在马来西亚行医的。
无论如何，你是可以建议你的医生用回同样的药，既然那个药你觉得对你比较有效的 |

基本上医生给你的都是
1) 减少胃酸的药 -pariet,pantium是这一类的
2) 促进肠胃动力(不懂华语是不是这样讲)的药 -motilum, metoclopramide & ganaton 是这类的 （有些这类药也用来治/预防呕吐）
这些药看你情况，有时被逼长期吃的因为大约70-90%的病人在停药后一年内再受这病困扰。
除了药物，确保你远离
-酸辣食物（包括橙汁）
-烟
-咖啡
-油腻食物
-酒
-暴饮暴食（一餐不宜太重，少量多餐好点）
还有睡前三小时不再进食（最好戒掉宵夜）
可以多吃丰富蛋白质的食物
还有以后看病时告诉医生你有这问题，医生就不会给其他会刺激你这病的药。 |

好吧！谢谢您的建议，只是用这些药会对经济造成负担，这些药可不便宜。 请问你是在哪里行医的？
